Betterdays 10 Year Funkaversary Charity Fundraiser

So it's been a whole decade since our monthly Funk, Soul & Disco night "Betterdays" took form. After a brief break we're back for our 10 year Funkaversary and we'll be taking over The Buffalo Bar in Islington, London on Saturday 6th July 2013 for one night only.

But this time, we've got a cause. We're raising money for our friends Rik and Emma Haines, and their son Ted, who was born with spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. All money raised on the night will be donated to the Tree of Hope charity who will pass it on to The Treatment for Ted fund.

Ted

Rik & Emma want to give Ted the best start in life and help him reach his full potential, whatever that may be. But, to do this, they need help. Ted needs ongoing treatments like cranial osteopathy, homeopathy, The Anat Baniel Method and a brilliant therapy called Advanced Biomechanical Rehabilitation. A combination of all these things will strengthen Ted physically and mentally so he can meet every challenge of his life head on.

All we're asking from you is £5 each - or more if you can spare it - to help Rik, Emma & Ted on their journey. And for that you get a night of proper Funk, Soul & Disco, just like your Nan used to get all freaky to!

Go to the link HERE, put your name down and donate a minimum of £5 for some guestlist action on the night.

Dig deep & get involved!
